Cranberry Fizztini

2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz white cranberry juice
Champagne or sparkling wine
In cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients except champagne; shake. Strain into glass with sugared rim and top with champagne. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary skewered with fresh cranberries.
