Mixed Berrytini

2 oz Red, White and Berry vodka 1 oz triple sec 1 oz lemon juice 1 oz simple syrup 2 oz cranberry juice

Combine all ingredients in ice filled tin and shake. Strain into martini glass and garnish with lemon wedge.
