3 oz pear juice

1 1/2 oz dark rum

2 Tbsp grenadine

2 Tbsp lemon juice

Prosecco or Champagne


Combine first 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a glass. Float champagne into the glass.
