Rhubarb Pie

2 oz cherry vodka

1 oz rhubarb simple syrup

Seltzer

Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar and add ice. Combine vodka and simple syrup in an ice filled tin and shake. Strain into glass and top with seltzer.
