Sweet & Sour Cherry Pie Sparkler

1 oz cherry vodka

1 oz whipped vodka

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz cherry simple syrup

Seltzer water

Fresh basil for garnish

Shake vodkas, lemon juice and cherry simple syrup in a shaker over ice. Strain into ice filled glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with basil.
